Repair/ Warranty Policy

We are proud of our craftsmanship and hope that our jewelry will last a lifetime for you to enjoy. However should your jewelry need a repair due to manufacturing defects. we will cover it for free within 30 days of purchase. 

For jewelry past 30 days of purchase, repair fees will apply, including but not limited to shipping fees, cost of repair/replacement such as missing diamonds or any type stones. We’ll discuss all necessary fees prior to your repair service. 

Important: If your jewelry is altered or repaired with another jeweler it will result in voided warranty. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Buyers will be responsible for mailing the jewelry to us for repair, we highly recommend getting your package insured. We are not responsible for any loss or damages during transit.  

Our warranty does not cover the following conditions:

• Natural aging of materials or wear and tear.
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. 
• Item(s) that been altered in any way. 
• Item(s) purchased outside from our own website.
